Note: This is a four-part class and you must enroll in all parts to complete the course.
Description: This four part course covers foundational communication and leadership skills. Topics include: the role of the supervisor, determining appropriate leadership style, active listening, behavioral feedback, giving instruction and coaching. Videos, case studies and exercises highlight this course.
