Description: Situational Leadership is a model for developing people. It is about providing the right amount of direction and support to the people you lead. Based on the work of Ken Blanchard and Paul Hersey, this workshop will provide a review of the Situational Leadership model and an opportunity to practice techniques used by situational leaders. Participants will complete a self-assessment to identify their leadership style and preference and receive the Introduction to Situational Leadership II workbook.
