Join Student Special Services experts to learn about the challenges faced and perspectives brought by student veterans, and what you can do to help ensure their academic success. The discussion includes what to ask – and what NOT to ask – a veteran, insights to their unique vantage point on campus, and how to help them apply their skills to thrive in academe. Learn more about the common psychological issues that many student veterans are struggling with, and what resources are available to help.

1. Go to UC Learning Center at www.ucrlearning.ucr.edu
2. Enter your UCR NetID and password
3. Type in “MEI” in the search field and click Go
