Description:

Explore the principles and dynamics of high performance work teams. Topics include strategies for team development - forming, storming and norming, motivating others to serve as a team, the inner workings of the team - strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT), managing conflicts, team communication, decision-making, soliciting feedback and instilling the mission, vision and values of the team.
