Description: 4 Week boot camp program led by SRC Certified Personal Trainers promoting overall wellness. Challenging and varied workouts suitable for all fitness levels. Proper nutrition recommendations. Body compostition analysis and fitness assessments conducted on teh first and last session. Ditch the boring exercise routine and find results!
