Description: Learn H.O.W. to safely and effectively incorporate strength training into your workout! Let an Student Recreation Center Certified Personal Trainer lead you through a weight room introduction and provide you with 4 effective workouts using resistance machines, free weights, stability balls, resistance bands and more. Grab the tools necessary to walk into the weight room and exercise with confidence!
