On Monday, February 6th, Diversity Initiatives is hosting an exciting training opportunity for students and staff at UC Riverside.  In this interactive session, our  presenters, Dr. Joy Hoffman & Dr. John Hoffman,  will develop a human sculpture in order to teach the dynamics of Janet Helms’ Racial Identity Development model. The activity is highly effective when working with traditional age college students, and is being presented as an opportunity to increase knowledge and awareness of the dynamics of identity development in our peer educators, peer mentors, and student programming staff.
