Learn HOW to safely incorporate strength training into your workout. Let an SRC Certified Personal Trainer lead you through a weight room introduction and provide you with four effective workouts using resistance machines, free weights, stability balls, resistance bands and more! Grab the tools necessary to walk into the weight room and exercise with confidence!
