Description: This intensive one-day seminar is an ideal "jump start" for people new to digital photography or those who simply need a refresher course in photography. In a step-by-step manner, basic digital photography is presented in a way that promotes learning and understanding. Answering your questions is an important part of the seminar. Throughout the day, you will learn tips and techniques useful in making better digital photographs. Seminar topics include camera features and settings, accurate focusing, viewfinder information, menu options, lenses, sharpness, exposure, ISO, white balance, and flash. A troubleshooting session is planned to review "problem" photographs. Bring your digital camera (with adjustments for shutter and aperture), owner's manual and ten "problem" photographs to class.
