UCR Chamber Orchestra
A spring concert of music for string orchestra, featuring Tchaikovsky's dazzling Serenade;the zesty intricacy of the Simple Symphony by 100th-birthday composer Benjamin Britten; the romantic, ruminative Nocturne by Borodin; and a short symphony by C.P.E. Bach (son of J.S. Bach), whose imaginative, expressive and energetic music has a voice all its own. Ruth Charloff, conductor.

$10 General. $8 Students/Senior citizens. $6 children.
