By virtue of increasing interest in Yoga and also for India's contributions to modern technology and related businesses, India has risen to one of the top destinations for people from other countries. Since Hindi is the spoken language in most of India, this course provides an opportunity to learn correct vocabulary and grammar usage whether you are traveling to India for business or pleasure. Students will be able to communicate with people easily and gain a better understanding of the culture.

Includes parking.

Instructor: Santosh Tandon, Ph.D., Lecturer and Hindi Instructor. Dr. Tandon received her M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Delhi University, India. She has taught undergraduate and graduate students for approximately 18 years in a Delhi University College. She has published a book on ancient Indian wisdom and edited a modern translation of an ancient Sanskrit text called "Gurugita." She often lectures on Indian philosophy in Indian congregations.
