Description:

Capoeira is a self defense-based style of movement developed in Brazil since the 16th century.  The style resembles dance/martial art and comprises a set of movements and sequences that is set to distinct Afro-Brazilian rhythms. Besides learning the history of the movement origins, you will develop flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, agility, rhythm and overall increased physical health.


Includes parking.
