Dear IIGB members and UCR Research Community,

We want to invite you to a seminar next week at UCR on NanoString expression profiling. NanoString has become a favorite platform for applications such as gene expression analysis and miRNA analysis, and has recently launched the new Neuropathology mRNA panel.  The technology has been expanded to include protein analysis, enabling comparison of gene expression and protein response in a single view.  Custom gene sets can be put together for any species, including pathogens as well as fungal and agricultural species.

- Digitally examine multiple pathways in a single tube
- Spend less time on sample prep and data analysis
- Work with difficult sample types, including FFPE tissue
- Examine multiple analytes simultaneously with true multi-omic capabilities!
