Join us for a great opportunity to network with other Peer Leaders on campus and gain valuable professional development. This year, we are diving into unlocking your leadership treasures within. (Check out the agenda to see the covered topics!)

The Well, along with 30+ UCR campus partners, facilitates a free conference for approx. 300 students who centralize and elevate training for student leaders. With an undergrad and grad track, it is meant to alleviate and support yearly training and provide opportunities for network and skill development. POP has been part of The Well for 16 years, and we aim to integrate all the HWS departments.

Who can attend?

UCR Students within the POP network are highly encouraged to attend this free conference. RSVP by August 18th to reserve a spot and lunch.

What can you expect?

The conference has an undergraduate track and a graduate track. We have 2 sessions that combine both groups, and two groups that separate to ensure it aligns with student population needs.

Each session is led by other students to ensure it relates to student experience. Additionally, this year we have fun games within sessions to increase engagement and teamwork.
