View mapCelebrate Pride Month with the UCR NYC Alumni Network as we explore the rich LGBTQ+ history of Greenwich Village on a guided Pride West Village Walking Tour.
Led by a friendly and knowledgeable local LGBTQ+ guide, the tour highlights significant landmarks and historic moments that continue to influence LGBTQ+ culture and rights today. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect, learn, connect, and celebrate Pride together while walking through one of New York City’s most historic neighborhoods.
Tour highlights include:
• A guided walk through the historic Greenwich Village district
• Photo opportunities at the legendary Stonewall Inn
• A visit to an original Keith Haring mural
• Stops at the Gay Liberation Monument, NYC AIDS Memorial, LGBT Community Center, and more
Whether you are a longtime New Yorker or visiting the city, this experience offers a meaningful opportunity to honor Pride, connect with fellow alumni, and celebrate the enduring legacy of the LGBTQ+ community.
