Indigeneity, Environment and Language Revitalization in the Graphic Novel, Fudafudak: The Glittering Place

Taiwanese born and raised comic artist and activist Li-Chin Lin left the island to study art at
the Êcole Supérieure de l'Image in Angoulême, France. She then attended Valence’s Poudrière Animation School. Lin, who continues to live in France, has published 3 graphic novels, two children’s books and numerous fanzines. She also just learned to read and write her mother tongue during the Covid-19 lockdown in France.
