The ¡ADELANTE! Success Series will feature a series of workshops to promote academic success, persistence, retention, and building comunidad at UC Riverside. Winter quarter will focus on preparation for post-graduation. The series is open to all students. Participants who attend three or more sessions will be entered into a drawing for a graduate school preparation course of your choice, presented by the Academic Resource Center. 

Dr. Estela Gavosto is the Associate Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and a Professor of Teaching (Department of Mathematics) at the University of California, Riverside. Throughout her educational career, she has led efforts to offer alternative paths for non-traditional students who want to pursue careers in research to learn advanced mathematics.
