Adult Lap Swim & Stay Fit Class

Participants will receive stroke improvement drills and instruction on the four swimming strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Our goals are comfort with each stroke as well as improved endurance. Participants may attend as many or few classes as they prefer.

Mondays & Wednesdays, 1:00pm - 2:00pm Coached Distance Workouts
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:00pm - 1:30pm Independent Workout
Fridays, 12:00pm - 2:00pm

Free to SRC Members, non-members $60.
