The Annual Chicano/Latino Youth Conference "El poder de nuestra comunidad comenzó con el alimento de nuestros antepasados y juntos plantamos semillas que florecerán a pesar de las circunstancias. You are the living reality of yesterday's dreams!" will be held at the University of California, Riverside on Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 8am to 3pm. We aim to increase the number of Chicana/o/x and Latina/o/x students who enroll in four-year colleges and universities, promote cultural awareness, and encourage social activism. Attendees participate in workshops, listen to inspirational guest speakers and learn more about their options for higher education and beyond.
