About this Event
Art Enrichment after-school program ignites young minds with a passion for creativity. Youth Art Enrichment 8-week program builds connections with kids and teens through art and craft engagement whilst helping support important essential skill development. Our UCR art instructors will lead a series of art and craft courses for youth aged 5-10. The program will immerse youth in art history, art therapy and explore diversity and inclusion through art whilst shaping critical thinking skills and supporting the development of creative skills. A variety of mediums will be introduced throughout the sessions including painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media and sound art and craft. We strive to cultivate and support student’s creativity in a positive art therapy-based environment. We look forward to cultivating artistic growth with our community youth!
