Assessment Workshop Brown Bag Lunch Series: Creating student outcomes that guide experiences

When learning outcomes and assessment strategies align, students will be engaged in deep, integrative learning (Biggs & Tang, 2007; Hutchings, 2016) - learning which will challenge them to analyze, synthesize, evaluate and create. In this workshop, we will work with you to craft appropriate student outcomes (at the level of program, course, module, or activity) that will help to create alignment with student experiences. Open to all faculty/staff interested in using outcomes to guide student learning and experiences. Please bring any relevant information you plan on using to create student outcomes.
