Youth Programs in collaboration with UCR Astronomy Club present Astronomy Night in state parks. Using state of the art telescopes and equipment, groups will interact with the night sky and all it has to offer. Participants will take part in celestial scavenger hunts, star walks, night sky viewings and look at different cultures through the lens of a telescope. Activities take place in Silverwood Lake and Chino Hills State Parks and will highlight the environmental element of Astronomy, promoting eco-friendly practices which sustain access to the night sky.
