AUDITIONS
MARISOL, a play by José Rivera  

Directed by Makeda Kumasi
Set in New York City in a time called ‘the present’, Marisol Perez - a young Puerto Rican - experiences the dystopia of a world in disarray...but maybe the angels will, in fact, bring hope... A poetic surrealism offering new visions...

This play includes adult subject matter, sexual situations, violence and strong language.

Studio Theatre, ARTS 113

Needed: 5 actors
Prepare a 2-minute monologue, and 2-minute presentation of additional talent. Musicians and Dancers encouraged.
If confident in singing voice, please prepare 16 bars of a song. Be prepared to demonstrate any special skills listed on your audition form.

• Cast members must enroll in TFDP 170.
• Wear simple, businesslike clothing; flat shoes; hair back and away from face.
• Sign Up on the callboard in the ARTS Building Stairwell, across from the Studio Theatre, ARTS 113

Rehearsals begin: April 1, 2019
Production Runs: May 9, 10, 11 & 16, 17, 18 (7 performances)
