Building A Strong Workplace Culture

Jacob Ravenscraft

In 2005, BusinessWeek magazine called Peter Drucker "the man who invented management." Peter famously said "culture eats strategy for breakfast." Your strategy won't help you, if you don't have a good culture. In order to build a culture of respect, you need to first build trust. You cannot respect someone if you do not trust them. In this session, we will dive deep into what it looks like to build trust in the workplace. Good leaders never accidentally build positive workplace cultures, it takes a lot of intentionality, consistency, and honesty. Come learn how to lay the foundation of a culture that enables an effective workplace.
