Punch, kick, and sweat your way to a stronger you! This full-body workout combines martial arts-inspired movements with cardio moves to build endurance and boost confidence.

Registration opens five days prior to the selected class date. If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel your registration to provide other patrons an opportunity to attend. For more information about group exercise classes, contact fitwell@ucr.edu.
 


POLICIES & ETIQUETTE: To ensure a positive and respectful environment during group fitness classes, patrons are encouraged to arrive early. Please limit phone use during class to avoid distractions for yourself and others. Lastly, please be respectful, courteous, and mindful of instructors, staff, and fellow participants to maintain a focused and enjoyable environment for all.
