UC Riverside Department of Music presents

UCR Concert Band  
Armando Dueñas, director

Under the direction of Armando Dueñas, the UC Riverside Concert Band will present their annual Spring Concert. For this event we traditionally honor our graduating seniors that have participated in Concert Band for 4+ years and our music majors. We will feature some of our students as well: Carolyn Chu, student conductor with Johan de Meij's Lord of the Rings Symphony, Movement 5, Hobbits. We will also feature, her conducting premiere, our next year's student director, Sarah Howick conducting Kenneth J. Alford's Army of the Nile. Finally, we will premiere student composer, Alexander Ramirez's Anomoly.

We will also present works by Lennin, and Broege.
