Home Ec is back in session with Cooking Well’s “Adulting” series! Join Chef Val and friends to learn essential life skills—whether it’s smart grocery shopping, organizing your pantry and fridge, building your resume, and so much more.

In this session, you’ll discover how to shop smart, store your groceries efficiently, and pick seasonal produce like a pro. Watch a quick knife skills demo and enjoy light refreshments while picking up practical tips to make campus life easier, healthier, and more delicious.

(Presentation and Demonstration Only. Snacks and refreshments will be served.)

No registration. This class is first-come, first-served to up to 30 participants. Must check in and sign a waiver at the door.
