"Dumbbells for Beginners" is a free educational workshop designed to introduce newcomers to dumbbell training. Participants will learn the basics of using dumbbells safely and effectively, including proper form and technique. Led by a certified personal trainer, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to start strength training, but unsure where to begin.
