These courses are offered through a collaboration of American Bicycling Education Association, Western Regional Council of Governments, UCR Recreation, Transportation and Parking Services, Office of Sustainability, and Environmental Health and Safety.

Parking Lot 19
Do you bike in traffic? Empower yourself to learn more! Discover first-hand why "every lane is a bike lane" through the online Basics and Mastery courses (3 hours of instruction split into short segments) and then practice maneuvers on your bike in parking lot 19 before riding in traffic with guidance from experts. Instructor Gary Cziko is a board of directors’ member of the American Bicycling Education Association and lead CyclingSavvy instructor. Clint Sandusky is a former university bicycle officer and instructor. Gain some surprising yet simple techniques to take your bicycling to the next level. Please note: Cycling Basics and Mastery certificate of completion is a prerequisite for this workshop.
