The Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority's (WRCRWA) Treatment Plant provides service to the cities of Eastvale, Norco, Corona, Home Gardens, and the La Sierra area. The Plant was nearing its design capacity and needed to be expanded to meet growth demands. In addition to increasing capacity, the ownership group desired to develop a new recycled water source to offset demands on the potable water system. This presentation will focus on the development and implementation of a $72 million dollar public works project that will increase capacity for future growth, reduce annual operating costs, and develop a new source of recycled water for the community.
