Transportation Services is once again partnering with LifeStream Blood Bank to host the annual Donations for Citations Blood Drive, Oct 31 - Nov 1, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.  The program provides an opportunity to donate blood as an alternative to paying a citation fee.  Everyone is encouraged to donate whether you have a citation or not.  https://transportation.ucr.edu/news-and-communication/2022/10/03/its-back-donations-citations-blood-drive
