SPEAKER: Michael Ortiz

Michael Ortiz is the founder and managing attorney of Ortiz Law, a business and intellectual property law firm based in Riverside, California. He helps clients with business formation, commercial transactions, intellectual property matters, and dispute resolution. Michael’s clients include traditional businesses as well as businesses in technology, entertainment, and manufacturing industries. 
Michael is a UC Riverside graduate. He was a 2014 HNBA/Microsoft Intellectual Property Law Institute Scholar and an Associate Editor of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Michael has held prestigious internships with Federal Judges in the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
