The EXCEL+ Career Readiness and Leadership program helps students articulate leadership skills they are already developing on campus, both in and out of the classroom, and earn digital badges for career readiness competencies.

Our two deadlines are for students who want to make sure they qualify for badges and swag before they graduate, but anyone can turn in forms as you complete them at any time in the year.
