 ime resident of the Inland Empire. He has an extensive professional networ
 k across the region serving on several advisory boards and as adjunct inst
 ructor at several institutions. Through his focus on servant leadership\, 
 he aspires to make every interaction with others an opportunity to build a
  shared sense of purpose and belonging. He is proud to be Salvadorian immi
 grant\, a first-generation high school graduate\, first generation college
 -graduate and a public servant.\n\n___________\n\n \n\nThe UCR Staff Confe
 rence is a two-day event created by and for UC Riverside staff\, co-hosted
  by UCR Staff Assembly\, Leaders of Excellence and Distinction (LEAD)\, an
 d Human Resources Employee and Organizational Development.\n\n \n\nOur 202

 self care / mental wellness\; and creating & nurturing a culture of respec
