A degree in political science is not just about preparing students for law school. This workshop is designed to inform students about other graduate school opportunities and the careers they may open up. The speakers for this week – many of whom are UCR alums – have pursued graduate degrees and careers relevant to you:

- Carolina Briones, Associate Director of Foundation Relations, ACLU of Southern California
- Casie Vu, CHASS Career Specialist, UCR Student Affairs
- Hayden Jackson, PhD candidate in Political Science, University of Michigan
- Mina Hanin, Master’s in Public Policy candidate, Harvard Kennedy School of Government
- Neilan Chaturvedi, Associate Professor of Political Science, Cal Poly Pomona
