The University of California Riverside (UCR) Health Well-Being & Safety Division’s Collective Impact Team (CIT) is inviting you to take this survey to help assess the UCR campus community's understanding, knowledge, attitudes around mental health, holistic well-being, and campus safety.

All UCR students, staff and faculty are invited to participate.  In appreciation of your feedback and time, the first 2500 UCR community members (student, staff & faculty) who complete the survey will receive $10 in Bear bucks. . One survey entry per person.
