This dynamic class blends the intensity of muscular fitness circuits with the calming power of yoga. Participants will build strength through challenging resistance exercises, followed by yoga stretches to improve flexibility and promote recovery. It's the perfect balance of strength and flexibility, providing a full-body workout with a mindful twist.
