Rose Ann Hamilton is a master Cahuilla basketmaker and tribal leader. She is Mountain Cahuilla and a member of the Cahuilla Band of Indians from Anza, California, and she is dedicated to sharing her culture and language. She was a student of the revered Donna Largo (Cahuilla) of the Santa Rosa Reservation. Kim Marcus is Cahuilla/Serrano from Mountain Center, California. He is a noted elder and prayer leader as well known for leading Bird Songs and Serrano Mountain Sheep Songs.
