Unleash your strength and join us for an empowering fitness experience brought to you by the Women's Resource Center and the Student Recreation Center. Forge new connections and build friendships with like-minded individuals. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting, all are welcome to join our community of encouragement and support. This event is open to all gender identities, and no matter your fitness level, our Hour of Power is crafted to accommodate everyone. From beginners to fitness aficionados, this is an opportunity for all to thrive together.

April 10, 5:30 – 6:15 pm: Speed Friending (SRC North - MPR A)
April 17, 5:30 – 6:15 pm: HIIT Strength (SRC North - MPR A)
April 24, 5:30 – 6:15 pm: Kickboxing (SRC North – MPR A)
May 1, 5:30 – 6:15 pm: Cycle Burn (SRC North: FitWell Studio)
May 8, 5:30 – 6:15 pm: Pilates Fusion (SRC North - MPR A)
May 15, 5:30 – 6:15 pm: Yoga (SRC North - MPR)
May 23, 12:30 – 1:30 pm: Rocking Climbing (SRC South - The Rock)

Registration opens five days prior to the selected class date. If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel your registration to provide other patrons an opportunity to attend.
