Shirley Geok-lin Lim will read from her latest poetry collection, In Praise of Limes (2022). A poet and Professor Emerita at the University of California-Santa Barbara, Lim has written eleven poetry collections, three novels, three short story collections, and has edited over 18 anthologies. She has received the American Book Award, the MELUS and Feminist Press Lifetime Achievement Award, and was the first woman and Asian person to be awarded the Commonwealth Poetry Prize.
