A degree in political science is not just about preparing students for law school. This workshop is designed to introduce students to the many career opportunities available to political science majors in international government.
The speakers for this week include academics with experience in international affairs and UCR political science alumni.

- Dr. Yasemin Irepoglu Carreras, Assistant Professor of Teaching in Political Science, UCR
- Dr. Nilsu Goren, Program Manager, CBRNE Security and Nonproliferation, CRDF Global
- Nancy Huerta, UCR ‘17, MS Student in Applied Statistics and Data Analytics, Azusa Pacific University & Former Trainee at the European Parliament Liaison Office in DC & Brussels
- Brendan Rooks, UCR ‘21, MA Student in International Development Studies, George Washington University & Former Trainee at the European Parliament Liaison Office in DC
