The book -- based on surveys and interviews of hundreds of those on the front lines in the healthcare, education, retail, logistics, and food industries during the Covid-19 global pandemic -- argues that bad jobs for essential workers hurt everyone and that we all have a stake in making sure workers have the justice they deserve.
