Kickbox Conditioning

ATTENTION: FREE DAY ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 7!

This high energy fitness class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Free day Monday, October 7. Eight person cap. No class on Monday, November 11.
