Join our Lap Swim Stay Fit class, designed for swimmers of all levels looking to enhance their technique and improve overall fitness. Participants will benefit from hands-on coaching focused on all four swim strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Our experienced instructors provide personalized feedback to help refine your technique and boost your performance.

With reserved lanes and dedicated practice times, you can swim at your own pace while receiving expert guidance. Whether you’re preparing for a competition or simply aiming to stay active, this class offers a supportive environment to achieve your swimming goals. Daily attendance is not required—join when it fits your schedule. Dive in and elevate your swim game today!

Lap Swim Stay Fit will take place 5 days a week from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM. 

There will be a coach to give you expert advice and support for all your swimming needs Monday through Friday.
