Join our Lap Swim Stay Fit class, designed for swimmers of all levels looking to enhance their technique and improve overall fitness. Participants will benefit from hands-on coaching focused on all four swim strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Our experienced instructors provide personalized feedback to help refine your technique and boost your performance.

With reserved lanes and dedicated practice times, you can swim at your own pace while receiving expert guidance. Whether you’re preparing for a competition or simply aiming to stay active, this class offers a supportive environment to achieve your swimming goals. Dive in and elevate your swim game today!

Registration can be done either in person at the SRC or online! 

Join our Hands-On Coaching sessions for personalized instruction aimed at refining your swimming technique and building confidence. Whether focusing on stroke improvement or mastering specific skills, our experienced coaches will provide tailored guidance to help you reach your goals. Dive in and enhance your swim experience three times a week!

 

Lap Swim Stay Fit will take 5 days a week from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM. 

Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be your days with a coach to give you expert advice and support for all your swimming needs. 

Tuesday and Thursdays there will be no coach present but there will still be a workout and reserved lanes for your convenience!
