Participants will receive stroke improvement drills and instruction on the four swimming strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Our goals are comfort with each stroke as well as improved endurance. Participants may attend as many or few classes as they prefer. Registration must be done in person at the SRC.
