Lap Swim & Stay Fit Workouts

SRC South Pool
We offer a variety of waterproof workouts to meet individual needs and goals. This program allows you to swim your way into shape on your own time. See an SRC Aquatics Team Member to get a waterproof workout for your next swim!
Adult Lap Swim & Stay Fit Class
January 31 - March 18
Registration must be done in-person starting January 31.

SRC South Pool
Participants will receive stroke improvement drills and instruction on the four swimming strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Our goals are comfort with each stroke as well as improved endurance. Participants may attend as many or few classes as they prefer.
