The work can be difficult; conditions are often cold, wet, and monotonous. This is not a job for everyone, but it has its rewards. When the plant is running at full capacity, you can expect to work 12 -16 hours per day, 7 days a week. This means an average employee will work about 100 hours per week during peak periods. This can add up quickly. 

For employees who complete contracts, housing and meals are provided free of charge. We also provide round-trip airfare to our plant in Naknek from anywhere is Alaska or Seattle.
