Step into the Scene with the Eaton Collection and UCR Theatre

At the Eaton Experience, you’ll interact with 3D printed objects and view facsimiles of iconic items from our legendary Eaton Collection of Science Fiction and Fantasy. Engage with UCR’s Science Fiction Librarian Dr. Phoenix Alexander, who oversees this remarkable collection, and dive into the rich history of science fiction and fantasy in the archives.

Visit the UC Riverside Department of Theatre, Film, and Digital Production’s booth to explore captivating display of props, costumes, sketches, and drawings from our recent theatre productions. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process that brings our performances to life and discover the artistry that defines our department.

Tickets to the UCR reception do not include museum access. Museum admission tickets are available at the discounted price of $22 each, and may be used during normal business hours (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.). The option to add on the ticket will be available when purchasing tickets at the above link.

You can also explore the museum during normal operating hours with a Los Angeles Public Library card. Access the reservation system here.

This event will also highlight our new Highlanders in Arts & Entertainment alumni industry network. Learn more and sign up for the network here.
