BIO

Seana Nuñez has over 15 years of experience in training, facilitation, organizational development and consulting. She works with staff across all levels at UC Riverside, and with leaders across the UC System as the Program Manager and facilitator of the UC Management Skills Assessment Program. Over the years, Seana has facilitated the New Staff Orientation, sessions on performance management and leadership development, and has been involved with recruitment and selection. Seana currently facilitates various courses in person and virtually, including Franklin Covey’s 7 Habits for Highly Effective People, and Leading at the Speed of Trust.

The UCR Staff Conference is a two-day event created by and for UC Riverside staff, co-hosted by UCR Staff Assembly, Leaders of Excellence and Distinction (LEAD), and Human Resources Employee and Organizational Development.

Our 2023 event will include three official tracks: driving your career forward; self care / mental wellness; and creating & nurturing a culture of respect.

The conference will take place virtually on Crowdcast on Tuesday, March 28 and Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
