 s all levels at UC Riverside\, and with leaders across the UC System as the
  Program Manager and facilitator of the UC Management Skills Assessment Pro
 gram. Over the years\, Seana has facilitated the New Staff Orientation\, se
 ssions on performance management and leadership development\, and has been 
 involved with recruitment and selection. Seana currently facilitates variou
 s courses in person and virtually\, including Franklin Covey’s 7 Habits for
  Highly Effective People\, and Leading at the Speed of Trust.\n\n__________
 _\n\n \n\nThe UCR Staff Conference is a two-day event created by and for UC
  Riverside staff\, co-hosted by UCR Staff Assembly\, Leaders of Excellence 
 and Distinction (LEAD)\, and Human Resources Employee and Organizational De
 velopment.\n\n \n\nOur 2023 event will include three official tracks: drivi
 ng your career forward\; self care / mental wellness\; and creating & nurtu
 ring a culture of respect.\n\n \n\nThe conference will take place virtually
  on Crowdcast on Tuesday\, March 28 and Wednesday\, March 29\, 2023.\n\n \n
