Let the good times roll, for Fat Tuesday! We’re getting in the festive mood with our favorite New Orleans and Creole dishes at Glasgow. 

The menu will include Gumbo, White Rice, and Collard Greens served at The Wok. Shrimp Po Boys, Mushroom Po boys, and Garlic Fries served at The 360 Grill. Blacked Creole Chicken, Creole Soy Chicken, Dirty Rice, Hushpuppies, and Steamed Broccoli served at the Carvery. Corn Chowder, Muffaletta Salad, and Cornbread served at the Greenery. For dessert, the bakery station will have King Cake and Bananas Foster Crepes.
